Neb Jones serves as the Head of Operations at WWS, where he leads efforts to build operational excellence rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Drawing from both personal experience and professional expertise, Neb is passionate about designing systems that not only optimize efficiency but also foster a true sense of belonging across organizations.
Following his service as a combat medic at the age of 19, Neb faced many of the challenges common to veterans transitioning back to civilian life. It was during his time as a hot shot firefighter that he first experienced the power of an inclusive professional community—one that saw his potential, invested in his growth, and gave him the confidence to navigate life’s next chapter.
Today, Neb applies those formative lessons to his leadership approach, working alongside a network of leaders to help organizations create environments where individuals are empowered to contribute fully and authentically. His work reflects a strong belief: when people feel seen and included, both individuals and organizations thrive.
